Kevin Ronaldson

Founder Director

 
Kevin worked for Hambro Life, Allied Dunbar and Zurich Financial Services, becoming a UK Board member for 6 years with responsibility for marketing and products. He had an extremely successful career in sales, as the top financial planning consultant in Allied Dunbar from 1994-97. Influential and well known in the UK financial services arena and strategically proven in establishing new opportunities from existing markets.

Kevin is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with an enviable track record of building significant value from new and current businesses. One of his enduring strengths has been to raise capital and founding new companies, with his two most recent successes being the capital raise and establishment of both Intrinsic Financial Services and Bellpenny – leading both as CEO. In each case, he raised over £25m and grew the businesses to over 300 employees over a three year period with an annual turnover of over £100m and funds under management of over £3bn.

Previously also Chairman of Dunbar Independent, Kevin is currently non-executive Chairman of Finitor Holdings, a wealth management business, and Efoldi, a market leading mobility scooter manufacturer and former winner of Virgin UK invention of the year.  

Grant Goss

Founder Director

Grant Goss has a background in financial services and has been a business consultant for over 20 years. He has created companies with multi-million pound turnover and has a wide variety of experience in many sectors including financial services, aviation, textiles and leisure and tourism. Grant has an impressive track record of creating increased sales both as a consultant and Sales Director.

His work is spilt between strategic planning and sales consultancy. The varied consultancy for over  two decades allows him to call upon his experience and use this valuable asset to breathe new life into the management and staff of the companies that he works with.

Simon D Youlton MBA CMgr FCMI

Founder Director - Australia & Asia-Pacific

 
 Simon Youlton is Clarus Fortior’s Founder Director for Australia & Asia-Pacific. He is an internationally accomplished and versatile Board Director, Non-Executive and Business Management Consultant specialising in strategy, with a 20-year track record of success working across differing territories in acquisitive wealth management firms, large commercial banks, asset management businesses, fast-paced financial advisory firms, national accountancy practices, private equity capital providers and commercial privately-owned SMEs across multiple sectors in a high-growth phase.
 
Simon combines high levels of financial acuity with advanced planning and business development skills to shape and execute M&A roadmaps, operational strategies, go-to-market plans and transformation programmes which maximise profitability and performance.

Awarded the ultimate accolade in Management, Simon became a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the CMI in 2018, a recognition only a few manage to achieve.

Simon received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2018, ranked in one of the top 1% of global business schools; specialising in a number of key leadership strategic planning and managerial areas.

Most recently completing post graduate management studies at two of the World’s top universities, Harvard and Oxford, further enhances the value Simon brings in his consulting role with Clarus Fortior and ultimately the businesses he supports.

Tajana Pošta

Operations Manager

 

Tajana has a background in financial services, she worked in London as a financial adviser and mortgage broker for companies such as Halifax, Prudential and Hamptons International. She moved to Zagreb, Croatia in 2010 and has been supporting various UK businesses remotely since, in a capacity as FD and operations manager.

Tajana has also been practicing yoga and meditation for over 15 years. She is a face fitness coach, yoga instructor, aromatherapist and is familiar with various energy healing techniques.

Marlene Lindmair

Psychological Counsellor

 

 

Marlene is the founder of "Lebensweg" (meaning "life-path"), a psychological counselling practice in Austria providing online counselling to companies and private clients all over the world. In her daily job Marlene is a first-hand witness of the high impact of emotional well-being within the working-environment.
 
With a background in systemic counselling & coaching Marlene is an expert when it comes to finding the root of existing problems, changing subconscious programming and fueling resources in order to live one's highest potential.

Davor Buklijaš

Head of Marketing

 

Davor started his career as a Business Intelligence Analyst in Croatia's biggest company INA (oil&gas industry), and although his interests have led him to sales/marketing oriented roles and finally to leading his own digital marketing agency DBITE, he never stopped thinking in terms of business analysis.

He worked with many UK's SMEs and his focus has always been on making meaningful connections that lead to business results for his clients.

 

Tanya Popeau

Innovation & Sustainability Specialist

 
 Tanya Popeau is the Director of Synthesis. She has worked with the world’s leading corporates and charities, to design breakthrough innovations to global challenges.  Her clients have included Unilever, Mercedes Benz and the United Nations.  Her projects have covered a range of global issues including sustainability, urban poverty, sustainable supply chains, food waste, energy efficiency and education.

As a former consultant and advisor to the United Nations, she worked for the UN’s largest agency and was at the forefront of their shift to a strategic focus on innovation. She implemented this new approach across 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific, overseeing the development of the first ever innovation fund in the region. She was the lead consultant on the fund, which generated projects focused on social and environmental challenges.

Tanya studied at Cambridge university and Kings College London. Her studies have focused on innovating to solve complex global challenges, and the use of new emerging technologies (3D printing, Virtual & Augmented reality) to bring about positive social impact.
